What we collect, and what we do with it.
Plain English, written from what this site actually stores. Last updated 20 October 2026.
Who we are
Eightfive LLC, 4753 Tanglewood Cir NE, Canton, OH 44714. Our delivery team works from Cape Town. Questions about your information go to hello@eightfive.co.
What we collect
- When you send a message. Your name, work email, company, website, what it's about and your message.
- When you book a call. Your name, work email, company, website, any note you add, the time you picked and your time zone.
- When you check your AI visibility. Your website, what you sell, the buyer questions, and the answers the AI tools gave. If you ask for the full breakdown, your work email too.
- To stop abuse of the free check. A scrambled code made from your IP address, so we can limit checks per visitor. We never store the address itself.
What we use it for
To reply to you, hold the call you booked, run your check and send the breakdown you asked for. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't run a follow-up sequence, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a few services to run the site. Each one only gets what it needs.
- Vercel hosts the site, and counts visits without cookies.
- Neon stores the database, in the United States.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the free AI check is used by a person, not a bot.
- DataForSEO puts your buyer questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google. The questions are about your business, not about you.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our admin area uses one sign-in cookie for our own team.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to work with you. We review and delete old enquiries, bookings and checks at least once a year, and straight away if you ask.
Your choices
Email hello@eightfive.co to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
